Locally, the DREAM Center interfaces with the Inflammation Network, which is centered at HEALTH, and spans the faculties at the University and Aarhus University Hospital, as well as the subject-specific PhD programme in Inflammation.

Hosting the Nordic EMBL partnership for molecular medicine

At Aarhus University, we host the Danish node of the Nordic EMBL Partnership for Molecular Medicine, which brings annual international meetings, exchange programmes, and fellowship opportunities across the Nordic countries and EMBL.

Participation in EU and international research networks

Our researchers at Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital are also active partners in:

• EU-funded networks and infrastructure programmes such as Horizon 2020 and ImmUniverse
• NIH initiatives and other international research networks

Leading roles in global dermatology initiatives

In addition, our departments play leading roles in international dermatological collaborations, including:

• The International Psoriasis Council
• The International Eczema Council
• The GA2LEN network
• The European Task Force on Atopic Dermatitis
• Skin Psoriasis and Inflammation International Network (SPIN)

Through these collaborations, DREAM strengthens its global reach, shares expertise, and accelerates research progress in inflammatory skin diseases.
